QuadKids is the original Run / Jump / Throw programme for schools based athletics. Each year there are three "matches" for our local Quad Kids event - attend one or all, it is up to you. Many local primary schools also are involved with the Schools Partnerships offering School Quad Kid Competitions.

Register on the Power of 10 website, this site will keep track of allyour running information at events such as track & field open meetings, County Champs, Park Run & XC meetings.

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 2k event for juniors (4 to 14 year olds).

Junior races are run according to school age:
- years 3 - 6 run approx 1 mile
- years 7 - 11 run approx 2 miles.
A hare and a tail runner are provided.
Junior results are provided, all participants accrue points which may result in a medal at the end of the season depending on number of races run and points accrued.
